John has a wealth of expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy Development and Execution, Leadership Development and Operational Excellence.

Jack Riley

Having worked for major dealers in multi-branch, multi-divisional and international environments, Jack specializes in helping companies with successful Strategic and Cultural Integrations, Tactical Action Planning, and Organizational and Operational Realignments. He has developed a highly successful model for acquisitions and integration for projects ranging from $30M to over $400M. Jack was educated in business studies at the University of Alberta and Queen’s University.
